Kullanim Kosullari

Bu kullanim kosullari, Yagmur Digital LLC ("biz", "Dekontat") tarafindan isletilen Dekontat hizmetinin kullanimina iliskin sartlari belirler. Hizmetimizi kullanarak bu kosullari kabul etmis sayilirsiniz.

1. Hizmet Tanimi

Dekontat, WhatsApp uzerinden fatura olusturma, gonderme, odeme takibi ve otomatik hatirlatma hizmeti sunan bir is yonetim aracidir. Dekontat bir muhasebe programi, e-fatura entegratori veya finansal hizmet saglayicisi degildir.

2. Hesap Olusturma ve Sorumluluk

Hizmetimizi kullanmak icin gecerli bir WhatsApp numarasina sahip olmaniz gerekir.
Sagladiginiz isletme bilgilerinin dogru ve guncel oldugunu taahhut edersiniz.
Hesabinizla yapilan tum islemlerden siz sorumlusunuz.
Hesabinizi ucuncu kisilere devredemez veya paylasatmazsiniz.

3. Kabul Edilebilir Kullanim

Hizmetimizi yalnizca yasal ticari amaclarla kullanabilirsiniz. Asagidaki durumlar yasaktir:

Yasa disi faaliyetler icin kullanmak
Sahte veya yaniltici fatura olusturmak
Spam veya toplu istenmeyen mesaj gondermek
Hizmetin guvenligini veya isleyisini bozmaya calismak
Baskalarinin hesaplarina yetkisiz erisim saglamaya calismak

4. Ucretlendirme

Dekontat su anda ucretsiz olarak sunulmaktadir. Gelecekte ucretli planlar sunulabilir. Ucretlendirme degisiklikleri en az 30 gun oncesinden bildirilecektir. Mevcut ucretsiz donem suresince herhangi bir odeme yukumlulugu bulunmamaktadir.

5. Fikri Mulkiyet

Dekontat adi, logosu ve yazilimi Yagmur Digital LLC'nin mulkiyetindedir. Hizmetimizi kullanmaniz size herhangi bir fikri mulkiyet hakki vermez.

6. Sorumluluk Sinirlamasi

Dekontat, fatura ve odeme takibi icin bir araç olarak sunulmaktadir. Hizmetimizin kullanimindan kaynaklanan dogrudan veya dolayli zararlardan sorumlulugumuz, yururlukteki yasalarin izin verdigi azami olcude sinirlidir. Dekontat muhasebe veya hukuki tavsiye sunmaz.

7. Hizmet Degisiklikleri ve Sonlandirma

Hizmetimizi herhangi bir zamanda degistirme, askiya alma veya sonlandirma hakkini sakli tutariz.
Kullanim kosullarini ihlal etmeniz durumunda hesabinizi askiya alabilir veya sonlandirabiliriz.
Hesabinizi istediginiz zaman silme talebinde bulunabilirsiniz. Veri silme talimatlari sayfamizi ziyaret edin.

8. Uygulanacak Hukuk

Bu kullanim kosullari Turkiye Cumhuriyeti yasalarina tabidir. Uyusmazliklar Istanbul mahkemelerinde cozumlenecektir.

These terms of service govern your use of the Dekontat service operated by Yagmur Digital LLC ("we", "Dekontat"). By using our service, you agree to these terms.

1. Service Description

Dekontat is a business management tool that provides invoice creation, sending, payment tracking, and automatic reminder services via WhatsApp. Dekontat is not an accounting program, e-invoice integrator, or financial services provider.

2. Account Creation and Responsibility

You must have a valid WhatsApp number to use our service.
You agree that the business information you provide is accurate and up-to-date.
You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account.
You may not transfer or share your account with third parties.

3. Acceptable Use

You may only use our service for lawful commercial purposes. The following are prohibited:

Using the service for illegal activities
Creating false or misleading invoices
Sending spam or unsolicited bulk messages
Attempting to compromise the security or operation of the service
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to others' accounts

4. Pricing

Dekontat is currently offered free of charge. Paid plans may be introduced in the future. Any pricing changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance. There is no payment obligation during the current free period.

5. Intellectual Property

The Dekontat name, logo, and software are the property of Yagmur Digital LLC. Your use of our service does not grant you any intellectual property rights.

6. Limitation of Liability

Dekontat is provided as a tool for invoice and payment tracking. Our liability for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of our service is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Dekontat does not provide accounting or legal advice.

7. Service Changes and Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate our service at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.
You may request deletion of your account at any time. Visit our data deletion instructions page.

8. Governing Law

These terms of service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul.
